Opposite directions at one point count as one physical point and separate posting rows. Segment capacity stays separate from point capacity. “Unresolved” means the notice does not establish a clear active outage window. “Older” compares the posting gas-day label to the current gas day (starting at 09:00 Central); it does not infer the posting’s validity.
